We're a US-based company and we print our tees right here in the USA, with printers in Florida and Texas. For international customers, we've partnered with printers around the globe so your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
How do personalized tees work?
Pick a design, upload a clear photo of your cat when you order, and our artist turns it into the artwork on your tee. Then we print it and ship it to your door.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo where your cat's face is easy to see works best. Front-facing shots without heavy filters give the best result.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 7 days. Once your order leaves us, USPS usually delivers in 2–5 days. Free shipping on orders over $75.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide. Shipping rates vary by location, so check our shipping policy for details for your area.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We'll make it right. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us at support@meowtopia.co within 30 days of purchase. The item needs to be unused and in the condition you received it.
